Marshall Snipes

Mr. Snipes has 40 years experience in a variety of capacities in the business sector including senior level experience in the accounting, financial services, insurance and health care industries.

Currently, Mr. Snipes serves as the CEO of AmeriClaim, a nationwide independent insurance services firm, a Managing Director of Advent Insurance Management, LLC and as a Managing Director of Triton Value Partners specializing in health care and insurance.

Mr. Snipes is a former partner of KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.) and has been involved as founder and CEO in a number of companies in the insurance industry both onshore and offshore.

Mr. Snipes is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Integris Health System, Inc. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Integris and has served as chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Governance, Quality, Investment and Compensation Committees. Mr. Snipes is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of Quality Alliance Assurance Company (Cayman) Ltd., an offshore medical malpractice captive insurance company.

Mr. Snipes serves as a Board Member of Sterling Dental North America, a regional dental insurance firm serving the nursing home industry. Mr. Snipes serves as the Chair of the New Horizons Health Care Council, a healthcare think tank focused on Public Policy in the Health Care Sector.

Mr. Snipes received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is member of the Oklahoma State Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.

Tom Richards

Mr. Richards has 35 years business experience in banking, public accounting, franchising and the temporary service business. Mr. Richards currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of both the Meat House, a franchised food service operation and AC Branch Holdings, LLC dba AmeriClaim, a nationwide independent claims adjusting firm.

Mr. Richards was the Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer and served on the Board of Directors of Express Services, Inc., a multi-billion dollar international franchised staffing company.

Mr. Richards was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of First City Bank, N.A. and four other affiliated banks in Oklahoma.

Mr. Richards was formerly with KPMG Peat Marwick, Certified Public Accountants (formerly known as Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.) and served clients in the banking, publishing, manufacturing, retail and other industries.

Mr. Richards has served on the Boards of a variety of civic and charitable organizations including the Children’s Center, a private non-profit pediatric hospital serving children with medical and physical disabilities as Chair, the Christian Leadership Foundation as Chair and the Oklahoma Christian School as Chair.

Mr. Richards received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Oklahoma in Accounting and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.

Craig Reamsnyder

Mr. Reamsnyder has 25+ years experience in Sales, Marketing Executive positions with an emphasis on the healthcare industry. Beginning with American Hospital Supply and Baxter International, he held various senior management positions including Area Vice President for the Baxter Operating Division.

Mr. Reamsnyder left Baxter to join Kinetic Concepts- a NASDAQ traded company (KNCI). At the time of his departure as Zone Vice President of Sales and Operations, KCI was the nation’s largest specialty bed and medical equipment rental company. Mr. Reamsnyder then became Vice President of Market Development for TheraTx, Inc (NASDAQ traded under THTX). During his tenure, TheraTx became a leading provider of rehabilitation services and operator of skilled nursing facilities. TheraTx was also recognized by INC. Magazine as the second fastest growing public company in America, growing from $15 mm to over $500 mm in 5 years. Mr. Reamsnyder then became the first person hired by WebMD with the responsibility to lead its sales initiative. During his 4 year tenure he held positions of Vice President of Sales, National Accounts and Channel Management.

He was a key contributor in securing investors, as well as a specific focus for developing relationships with key distribution, trading and investment partners for the purpose of enabling WebMD to quickly extend its national reach with its entire portfolio of services.

Subsequent to WebMD, Mr. Reamsnyder has been involved in a wide variety of emerging businesses focusing on raising capital as well as leading their sales and marketing initiatives. Mr. Reamsnyder is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Mitch Poole

Mr. Poole is an experienced C Level executive with extensive experience in the transportation and logistics space. Mr. Poole is currently an Advisory Partner with EVE Investment Partners, a firm specializing in investments in logistics and distribution businesses. Prior to EVE, Mr. Poole was a Principal and Reznick Group’s Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Reznick Group, from 2001 to 2004, Mr. Poole was Chief Financial Officer of a large privately held company in the truck/trailer leasing and transportation industry with revenues over $750 million.

For 13 years prior to that, Mr. Poole served as Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of a publicly held vehicle delivery company.

Mr. Poole was also a Partner in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. prior to 1988 where he was the Partner-in-Charge of the Southeast Transportation Industry practice and handled engagements with airlines, trucking companies and bus lines.
